Great Experience!!!!!! First Review I have written on Google Reviews- with the three categories; Rooms, Service and Location... Well, we have all heard the saying "it's all about Location-Location-Location" Right? I'm here to tell you - In my experience , It' s all about Service-Servcice-Service!! I would encourage you to look at the dates on the previously written (poor) reviews. 16 yrs ago??? There is nothing about this property/business that remotely resembles what it was 16+ yrs ago. First and foremost the Owners/Managers. As a retired operations executive for a number large retailers, I was involved in all aspects of relocation and remodeling. If you went into some of these beautiful stores after the remodel was completed you would never know that a well-known and respected retail brand was operating in what use to be a slaughterhouse, or a dilapidated housing project. How about a brand new store that sells all things Baby's, public traded Co. on the NYSE - was once a methadone clinic??? Good thing we're not relying on those old reviews! This reimagined, newly owned and managed RV Park was a breath of fresh air for me. I had been staying at an RV park in Golden CO, and due to this facilities poor management and operational practices - I found myself in a situation where I had to vacate my spot with literally 30 minutes notice. The service I received from Celeste and John was second to none. They were accommodating, empathetic and patient to say the least. They operate with integrity! They truly (as stated in other current reviewer's comments), put "people" above personal profit. As far as the "urban location" is concerned - Yes it is located in an inner-city environment. The street noise you may experience is an acceptable tradeoff for the convenience and proximity to anything you need during your stay. This was a huge plus for me with what I was trying to accomplish while I was there for just a couple short days - And, for what its worth, I lost the key to my storage compartment for my RV and was forced to leave a few things outside overnight. Amazing property quiet and respectful, well cared for and peaceful ambiance!

Owners worked well with me on rent even if rent seems to flexible a few people I have talked to pay 700 to 750 monthly and I am paying 1300 and so are my coworkers. And parking is tight. But even with that I will stay here again if I am here again.I got the other side of the story all rates will be the same after August 1st the one's with lower rate was stay overs from previous owners .Great people I enjoyed my stay.

Utilized RV accommodation and wasn't disappointed at all. Very quite, well shaded, and excellent on-site management team. Thanks for the great weekend concert trip experience, John.

The RV sites all have complete hook ups. Drama free residents and management team is very helpful. Very convenient location.

I am very impressed with this place! Why? Because the new owners (John and Celeste) are genuinely good people who care for others. I get the feeling that they see this operation more like a mission to help people as opposed to a strict entrepreneurial endeavor. My friend and I, in our attempt to bicycle from Texas to Banff National Park found ourselves in an unfortunate situation. We “ran out of gas” in downtown Denver and couldn’t make it to a campsite for the evening. I called Delux RV & Motel to see if they would by chance let us set up a tent and they told me they don’t have tent sites on their property. However, John and Celeste both were concerned for us and took it upon themselves to find a room here at the motel that would accommodate our needs. They also gave us a discounted price knowing we were on a strict budget. They are actively remodeling the motel rooms and the one we were assigned to had recently been remodeled. It had a small kitchenette with a refrigerator/freezer, a nice bathroom with tub/shower, a large living room with a couch/coffee table/tv, and most impressively, it featured 2 separate bedrooms with locking doors. I believe the value is excellent and you won’t be disappointed with your decision to stay here. It definitely has a different feel to it because the people that own and operate the place make you feel like family. I highly recommend you choosing this place for your next stay!

We stayed there in a motorhome, called the day of, and they had room for us. They were very flexible with allowing us to come in and out and stay extra days at last minute. The location was great for downtown activities. Felt safe, no real concerns. John who helps, was great and friendly, I would recommend the spot.
